After a profoundly deep and transformative journey with the first cohort, I am so thrilled to announce the next training program for core pattern practitioners. If you are interested to register, you can simply email me here. Remaining spots will likely fill quickly. Details are as follows -

A 7 month training program to initiate you into becoming a core pattern practitioner. When you complete the program, you will be certified to offer channelled core pattern readings and work with others. You may also enroll in the training as a personal journey, regardless of whether you plan to offer readings to others in the future. 

Each of us has a core pattern story that stems from a deep, unconscious wound. It is underneath every single challenge in our life, and often covering up our beautiful gifts and strengths, and our ability to share and receive love. As a core pattern practitioner, you will be able to offer readings and integration work that help others understand and integrate their deepest wounds, embody their true gifts, and live into an experience of purpose and meaning. This program will spark a personal journey so profound and self-altering there are truly no words for it, as you prepare to hold this work in yourself and for others. It changes your orientation to reality and the possibilities that once felt worlds away from your own potential. You will learn new practical skills that can translate into career work, but more than that, you’re also responding to a soul calling and altering your relationship to your past and the future ahead. This work has offered me hope, meaning, accelerated process, and a profound experience of love and awe, far beyond anything else. Saying that it changed my life is just the starting point, it does not touch the vastness of becoming a person and teacher with a true, inspired purpose in this complex world.

Undigested pain is at the root of all of the suffering and harm in our collective. So the world calls us into this work right now more than ever. It also needs us to live from a place of deep love, not just as a nice idea, but as a raw, fierce, devoted life path. The core pattern work is by far the most sacred and effective approach to this shift I have ever found. It is a privilege we should grab hold of if we can.

The program involves 7 weekend sessions over the course of 7 months, taking place online, plus homework and practicum between sessions. You will be held and supported during the program, by myself, our group, and our spiritual guides. You will be challenged, you will experience massive breakthroughs, you will feel your depths and begin to touch new layers of love and joy. And your life will change from here on out.

$4,000 CAD

Payment plans are available, with full payment due by October 1. A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required initially to secure your spot. There will be very limited sliding scale spaces available for my sliding scale communities - Black, Indigenous, or trans individuals experiencing financial barriers.

Pre-requisites:

All participants must have had at least one core pattern reading. It is strongly recommended but not required to have had at least one integration session, follow-up reading, or participation in the core pattern accelerator program.

Enrollment:

Please contact me directly if you are interested to enroll. This will be an intimate group and space is very limited. Interested individuals will receive a written Soul’s Path reading from me, a channeled message from the guides about whether this program is meant for you at this time. The reading is not prescriptive, and it will still be your choice if you’d like to enroll. The Soul’s Path reading is $50 CAD, which will be deducted from the cost of your program fee if you enroll.

Refund policy:

The Soul’s Path reading and $500 deposit are non-refundable. Before October 1st, all other program fees can be refunded if your circumstance changes. After October 1st and during the program, fees are non-refundable.

Light Weaving training

Receive an initiation in light weaving for personal use, a direct form of prayer and meditation that can be used to work through life challenges and support joy and satisfaction.

What is light weaving?

Light weaving is an energy-based technique that allows you to set an intention, ask a question, work through something, work towards something, and so much more. It is a prayer supported by light, energy, and sound to more directly generate the outcome of your intention. This technique is not meant to control or override our experience and the world around us - it is a way to align ourselves with whatever is in our highest good, which may sometimes create an unexpected outcome, and sometimes be exactly what we hoped for. Light weaving is also a wonderful way to deepen any spiritual practice, connect with yourself, your intuition and inner strength, and your ancestors, spiritual guides, and loving presences around you. If you have ever received a core pattern reading or follow-up with me, you experienced light weaving at the start of the session. If you have already received your light weaving training, you are welcome to sign up for this or future sessions to deepen and re-inspire your practice.

This training will begin with a small educational component to learn more about light particles, light weaving, and its many uses. Each person will then receive an energetic initiation to be able to practice the technique, and will have the chance to practice and feel comfortable with it during the training.

Please note that this level of light weaving training is intended for personal use, which means that it is used for your own life experiences only. It can also be used alongside any existing practices, beliefs, doubts, forms of medicine, and value systems. Light weaving usually uses some movement but can be practiced by bodies of all abilities.

Living Astrologies Conference - Mythic Houses Workshop

Mythic Houses is an exploration of diurnal (or primary) motion through a mythic lens. Together we will journey through the houses in the same progression that the luminaries and planets do each day as they rise, culminate, set, and fall. We will use story as a template to deepen our understanding of each house and how the planets move through the houses, particularly as we feel where we're coming from, where we're going, and how we relate to the heart of the story. Participants will discover meaning from each house through this diurnal journey using discussion, meditation, ritual, movement, and music, and build their own unique understandings through insights from the journey. We will develop a felt sense of diurnal motion, as well as a deeper understanding of each individual house, the sects, angularity, and planetary joys.

This workshop is part of Jason Holley’s new Living Astrologies Conference in Santa Fe, NM. This will be somewhere between a retreat and a conference, with four days of deep, creative astrological learning in small groups, designed to facilitate your own embodied and inspired relationship to the cosmos. Differing from the traditional pedagogical, fast-paced conference mode, this is equally accessible to those merely curious about the planets and advanced practitioners alike, requiring no astrological foundation to develop a rich understanding of our place in the cosmic ecosystem. Experiential learning is a more right-brained, embodied approach to education, taking place here in small groups with the opportunity for greater connection and deeper facilitation.

Exploring Pallas Athena as a break in the intergenerational cycles of her forefathers, and a Robin Hood-like retriever of banished beings. We will look to her origin story and her actions in myth as a symbol for the age of air and Aquarian themes, a potential for restoring what is lost and needs to return home.

The Eighth House - Initiating The Tipping Point

The Eighth House - Initiating The Tipping Point

Many astrological perspectives have long feared the eighth house, and its associations with death, hiddenness, and loss. This workshop is for anyone interested in cultivating a different relationship to eighth house themes in their life, chart, and approach to the world around them.

Together we will explore this critical tipping point in the visible sky and the wheel of the chart. In all of us lives this tipping point, an initiation of the deep realm of our experience, a place where fear begins and has the potential to either betray our own depth and expression of life, or to catapult us into an enriching journey of self, life, and intimacy.

We will use story and the map of our individual charts to find our personal guide through this threshold into darkness, and any friends who reside in that place. We will explore symbols of death and monstrousness as profound aspects of life, and look them in the eye with curiosity, peeling back the curtain to what is really underneath. 

My hope for our time together is to move through the fear that many people carry around this place, and to explore the unspeakable beauty and richness of the eighth house. No astrology knowledge is required to participate. All participants are welcome, including those who know nothing about astrology or the eighth house, those with empty eighth houses, and those that know they have placements in the eighth. This is part of us all in some way. 

I will soon be offering a workshop on ALL the houses together, and the journey through them, but in many ways I find the eighth to be a critical beginning point so I recommend this to anyone who might later like to take the full workshop.

This talk will explore Pluto in conjunction with, or angular to the Sun and Moon, either natally or through transit. When the luminaries visit the underworld, the lights go out. We cannot rely on our habitual methods of seeing. Through these passages, or as part of our natal promise, we must learn a different way of illuminating our path, adjusting to seeing in the dark. Our discussion will use myth and chart examples to explore symbolic and lived experience of seeing in the dark, and will also discuss the 3 significant stages of the journey and how we can approach it in our lives and consultation with curiosity and willingness.

I am thrilled to share another round of the Core Pattern Accelerator Program. Our initial cohort of this program in 2024 proved to be immensely deep, transformative, and meaningful to participants and myself alike. Over the last 12 years I have given thousands of core pattern readings, and had the great honour of being part of this life-changing work with so many incredible clients. It has become clear to me in recent years that this work is not just deeper and more needed than ever in the world, but that many people are ready to show up for themselves, their purpose, and our planet in new ways.

The Core Pattern Accelerator Program is a 6 week online program designed to deeper understand and unravel your personal core pattern story, learn the seven human archetypes, address current life challenges, and come to live your purpose and true gifts with more ease. This program is for anyone who would like to let go of the persistent pain our patterns create, and to use that energy instead towards the things that inspire you and bring beauty into our world.

In this program, participants will be part of a facilitated journey in a small group inspiring growth, love, and resolution of life challenges. Each participant will have the opportunity to understand their personal core pattern story on a much deeper level, including the subtle and pervasive ways it may be affecting their life and current obstacles. They will learn simple and practical techniques and frameworks to shift the pattern itself, allowing a stronger state of inner peace and spiritual growth. And they will also receive clarity around their gifts and life purpose, which have greater opportunity to express and bring joy as the core pattern becomes a quieter presence. All participants will additionally learn the seven archetypes of humanity that comprise the individual core patterns, and will learn how to identify and create more loving relationships to these archetypes.

Spaces are limited so please register here when you are ready. All participants must have received their initial core pattern reading prior to enrolling, and will need to have the original recording or a transcript of the original recording. Sessions are designed to be attended in real time for the full benefit of the program. If you’d like to participate but haven’t yet had your core pattern reading, you can schedule one now through my booking page. You can contact me if you would like to register but pay in instalments.

An online workshop to process and digest the recent square between Jupiter and Saturn, and their continued square over the next year. Using myth, active reflection, and astrology, this workshop is intended to deepen your understanding of how the Jupiter Saturn cycle is speaking through your life, and to help make meaning of the events that have transpired in the last few months and will continue into next summer. Astrology is often even more potent in reflection, digesting what has taken place, rather than as future imagining and prospecting.

Online talk for the San Francisco Astrological Society

In this lecture I will introduce my practice of using astrology as a tool for intergenerational healing. The first half of the talk will explore themes around epigenetics, trauma, intergenerational connection, and more, and use the traditional Greek astrological myths as a foundation for intergenerational theory. We will spend the second half of the talk exploring a family case study, weaving the themes of lived experience together with the astrological signatures found in the family's charts. I will also share some of my techniques for analyzing family chart systems. 

Members and people who register for this talk will receive the Zoom link a few hours before the event. This talk will be recorded and all members and paid attendees will receive a link to the video a couple of days after the talk.

What is light weaving?

Light weaving is an energy-based technique that allows you to set an intention, ask a question, work through something, work towards something, and so much more. It is a prayer supported by light, energy, and sound to more directly generate the outcome of your intention. This technique is not meant to control or override our experience and the world around us - it is a way to align ourselves with whatever is in our highest good, which may sometimes create an unexpected outcome, and sometimes be exactly what we hoped for. Light weaving is also a wonderful way to deepen any spiritual practice, connect with yourself, your intuition and inner strength, and your ancestors, spiritual guides, and loving presences around you. If you have ever received a core pattern reading or follow-up with me, you experienced light weaving at the start of the session. If you have already received your light weaving training, you are welcome to sign up for this or future sessions to deepen and re-inspire your practice.

This training will begin with a small educational component to learn more about light particles, light weaving, and its many uses. Each person will then receive an energetic initiation to be able to practice the technique, and will have the chance to practice and feel comfortable with it during the training.

Please note that this level of light weaving training is intended for personal use, which means that it is used for your own life experiences only. It can also be used alongside any existing practices, beliefs, doubts, forms of medicine, and value systems. Light weaving usually uses some movement but can be practiced by bodies of all abilities.

I am thrilled to announce a new offering to you all - the Core Pattern Accelerator Program. Over the last 12 years I have given thousands of core pattern readings, and had the great honour of being part of this life-changing work with so many incredible clients. It has become clear to me in recent years that this work is not just deeper and more needed than ever in the world, but that many people are ready to show up for themselves, their purpose, and our planet in new ways. And so I am excited to continue growing with you and building new foundations on which you can stand strongly and bring this love into the world.

The Core Pattern Accelerator Program is a 6 week online program designed to deeper understand and unravel your personal core pattern story, learn the seven human archetypes, address current life challenges, and come to live your purpose and true gifts with more ease. This program is for anyone who would like to let go of the persistent pain our patterns create, and to use that energy instead towards the things that inspire you and bring beauty into our world.

In this program, participants will be part of a facilitated journey in a small group inspiring growth, love, and resolution of life challenges. Each participant will have the opportunity to understand their personal core pattern story on a much deeper level, including the subtle and pervasive ways it may be affecting their life and current obstacles. They will learn simple and practical techniques to shift the pattern itself, allowing a stronger state of inner peace and spiritual growth. And they will also receive clarity around their gifts and life purpose, which have greater opportunity to express and bring joy as the core pattern becomes a quieter presence. All participants will additionally learn the seven archetypes of humanity that comprise the individual core patterns, and will learn how to identify and create more loving relationships to these archetypes.

Venus will be retrograde this summer from July 22nd until September 3rd. Join astrologers Aerin Fogel and Julie Simmons to explore the themes of the retrograde, which will undoubtedly be a journey of the heart. As each of us finds some edge of intimacy within ourselves, we also see the greater question of what it means in the world to continue with an open heart against many odds. Participants will learn where the Venus retrograde occurs in their personal charts and which life areas will be impacted, and have the opportunity to personalize their understanding of this time period. All registrants will receive the recording following the workshop, including those who can't attend live.

Join Aerin Fogel for a workshop on Jupiter and Neptune as they approach their upcoming conjunction (meeting in the sky). Learn about what Jupiter and Neptune each represent, as well as the meaning behind their planetary cycle and its significance in our cultural and socioeconomic reality. We will examine Jupiter Neptune conjunctions and historical themes from the last century, and address how those themes are present in 2022. This planetary cycle asks us where (and with whom) we belong, and how we determine shared values and meaning. Are oneness and sameness different, or identical concepts?

Workshop participants (or anyone registered in advance) will be able to learn about where the conjunction is happening in their individual charts, and how this may impact their lives.

A workshop with Julie Simmons and Aerin Fogel.

Jupiter joins Saturn in Aquarius on December 21st, 2020. Every 20 years these two planets meet, and their conjunctions are called ‘Great’ conjunctions. Down through the ages astrologers have used them to gain insight into the socioeconomic trends of the following 20 years.

Every 200 or so years the elemental realm of these conjunctions shifts so that the entire cycle of 200 years per element (of which there are four) takes between 800 and 900 years to complete itself.

Our next conjunction at the end of 2020 is at zero degrees of the sign of Aquarius, the beginning of a new elemental phase for Jupiter and Saturn. Given that we are also poised at the threshold of the Age of Aquarius, it seems an especially significant meeting of these two planets.

Join us to discuss the symbolism for the world in general as well as where it falls in your personal chart and what that might mean for you, personally.

This workshop will show you where to find the ‘right questions’ for your life, both in the world and in your personal birth chart. Venus will be retrograde From May 13 through June 25 this year. Our ancestors saw this cosmic dance (which happens 5 times in 8 years) as an opportunity to enact the powerful and universal human experience of loss and renewal.

This particular Venus retrograde seems to be about the lies we tell ourselves so that we can believe the lies of others, an issue we are facing in the world at the moment. What would it mean to show up as our authentic selves in relationship, and not a version we have created? In the midst of global self-isolation, some search for connection, and others burn out on it. Venus retrograde asks us to find in our heart what truly matters.

Aerin Fogel, astrologer and creator of Venus Fest, and Julie Simmons, astrologer of 40+ years, will be offering some astrological wisdom along with a ritual to honour this sacred journey. Using our own birth charts we will explore the question of lies, masks and love; consider what needs to be let go of and where resistance lies. This process allows us to make the journey of return with determination and to focus on what matters.

Initiation Through the Chart

Join professional astrologer Aerin Fogel for this afternoon workshop on initiation and astrology. 

Though we are each born with a natal chart that contains information about what may unfold in our lives, we are also born with the capacity to transform and overcome profound difficulties. This afternoon workshop will examine the cultural practice of 'initiation,' and how we can facilitate great change for ourselves and the challenging aspects in our charts. 

The first half of the workshop will be an interactive lecture style, and the second half will be an opportunity to look at participant charts. We will see what can be initiated in each chart, and using the material from the workshop, how we can go about doing that. 

Pre-registration is required, as well as birth data if you would like to look at your individual chart (though it's not a requirement). 

Date: Saturday March 24th, 1-4PM.

Cost: $40 including HST.
