Welcome to the time of Gemini, and the stirring of another full moon eclipse. As above, so below. The full moon glows because she collects and reflects the light of the sun. She shines light on what we collect and reflect in our own lives, allowing us to awaken for just a moment before descending back through the darkening ebb of the cycle.

The full moon in Sagittarius occurs at 12:25 AM on Saturday. This lunar eclipse is one of many in 2013, intensifying what is already a powerful and transformative year.

This particular moon asks us to find beauty and vision in the extremes. Our lives are a never-ending oscillation of cycles, phases, feelings, ebb and flow. We can choose to cling to the details like trying to catch a fly with bare hands, or we can find the part of us that sees, that holds perspective on the whole see-saw. Don’t be fooled into thinking you have found this place eternally, though. The perspective is its own see-saw, ever-changing, evolving into new levels, not a static place of rest. Become aware during this moon of what kind of flies you’re chasing, and if they’re even real flies, or just dust in the wind.

With love and bright moonlight, Aerin
